ME2025 Digital Control

Course Description:

The goal of this course is to enable all students to have the skills and knowledge to successfully apply digital control methods. Implementation of control systems often involves digital components, even if the controlled system consists of analog electrical, mechanical, or other continuous time processes. This course covers methods of digital control, including issues related to A/D and D/A conversion. Topics include discrete-time and sampled-data systems, the Z-transform, frequency domain properties; sampling, D/A and A/D conversion issues; controller design via discrete-time equivalents to continuous-time controllers, by direct-digital root locus, by loop shaping, and via state feedback and observers; quantization effects, LQR optimal control and an introduction to LQG optimal control.

Mấy hôm trước mình làm Seminar ở Lab có quay mấy cái video demo cho mọi người xem nên upload để giới thiệu luôn cho các bạn để chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với các bạn.

Mình làm FPGA chưa lâu nên mọi thứ cũng gần như là bắt đầu với mình. Sang Hàn đợt này, sẽ có nhiều cơ hội tự nghiên cứu và làm FPGA nhiều hơn. Sắp tới sẽ làm bộ điều khiển dòng (current controller) cho động cơ Maxon motor. Mình đang sử dụng kit Spartan 3E của Xilinx.

Mình dùng Ubuntu được khoảng tầm 4 đến 5 tháng rồi, thấy thật sự bị thu hút vào thế giới Linux.Mình rất hay đọc tài liệu nên phần mềm đọc file .pdf được mình quan tâm hàng đầu khi cài xong Ubuntu.Lúc đầu mình cài Adobe Reader nhưng thằng này load rất chậm.

Trong Ubuntu mặc định có phần mềm Document Viewer, nhưng thực sự không thích bởi vì không dùng được phím tắt bằng phím mũi tên để chuyển đến trang kế tiếp. Trong Ubuntu 8.04, mình cài thêm Kpdf và có thể config được phím tắt thoải(…)

Gõ tiếng Việt trên thằng Ubuntu luôn là đề tài nóng hổi khi mà nâng cấp lên phiên bản mới, mình đã đọc nhiều bài viết trên các diễn đàn và ác ý kiến của nhiều người có kinh nghiệm về Linux và đi tới quyết định lựa chọn x-unikey thay vì xvnkb như phiên bản Ubuntu 8.04 với một số lí do sau:

xvnkb cho phiên bản 8.10 làm lỗi quá trình khởi động của GIMP, can thiệp vào KDE nên không thể dùng xvnkb cho Kubuntu được. Lần đầu tiên nâng cấp lên 8.10 mà vẫn cài(…)

Vừa làm xong cái Virtual Wall xong :D. Thoải mái quá, nên ngồi viết blog cho đỡ buồn.

Mấy hôm trước mình có download được vài tài liệu về FPGA rất là hay, nên đã upload lên SkyDriver. Bây giờ mới có thời gian ngồi viết bài. Mình sẽ upload các tài liệu FPGA lên thư mục này nên anh em thỉnh thoảng check lại nhé.

Nay cài ImageMagick từ source của nó, dịch và cài đặt ok, nhưng khi chạy thử lệnh display thì gặp lỗi:

# display
display: error while loading shared libraries: libMagickCore.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thế là search trên google là ra ngay :D, nên viết bài để lần sau gặp phải còn biết mà làm he he.

Cách làm: Bạn có thể fix lỗi này bằng cách thiết lập LD_LIBRARY_PATH trỏ đến thư mục /usr/local/lib bằng cách gõ lệnh sau trong của sổ terminal:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib

Thế là xong.
